Zoom is a virtual meeting application that allows you to see and hear other meeting attendees (up to 100 in a free basic account!).

You can Join a Meeting via your computer (you need a webcam and audio capability to participate fully) without first downloading an App easily by clicking a link provided to you in a meeting invitation. OR by navigating to "join.zoom.us" on any web browser and then typing in the Meeting ID where prompted.

From your iPhone or iPad: go to the "App Store" and search for "Zoom", then select the "Zoom Cloud App" to download. Once the download is complete, your app is installed on your phone or tablet and will automatically open when you click a meeting link that has been provided to you via an email invitation. You can also click this link to view further instructions. You do NOT have to allow access to your contacts, create an account, nor sign in to join a meeting hosted by someone else.

Apple iOS

LEFT: Go to the App Store and type in "Zoom" in the search bar at the top of the screen.

Select the "ZOOM Cloud Meetings" app to download.

RIGHT: Open the ZOOM app after it has downloaded to see this screen or open your email app and click a meeting invitation link, then Zoom app open automatically.
